The war in Ukraine is a great challenge for anyone with a pacifist attitude, but also for Peace and Conflict Research in general. The German Association for Historical Peace and Conflict Research (Arbeitskreis Historische Friedens- und Konfliktforschung, AKHF) has hence started a seminar series to discuss various aspects of pacifism and peace research, in theory and in practise, especially during wartimes. On the 31 October 2022, these series were opened with a discussion between Daniel Laqua (Northumbria / Newcastle) und Corinna Hauswedell (Bonn), facilitated by Daniel Marc Segesser (Bern).
